rotator cuff injury???

ok so ive had a problem with my rotator cuff for a while, injured it lifting weights been doing some exercises and its been working ok. just wondering if glucosamine would help it or am i just wasting my money? also anyone know how long i should do these rotator cuff exercises b4 going bk [...]

pls give some exercises to tone the bottom and also to strenghthen lower back..PS these exercises should be able to be done at home!!
