			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/oqiPq-_IraI/0.jpg" align="left">Sciatic nerve neuralgia is considered to be one of the most difficult abnormalities of the support and movement system. Clinical expressions of sciatic nerve neuralgia include sharp pain irradiating to the lower extremities which increases during any of the patient&#8217;s attempts to move and of course limited range of motion on all axes and planes. Usually, when a patient appears at the doctor&#8217;s office with such a difficult clinical picture, in addition to prescribing painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, and/or utilizing injections, the doctor will usually refer the patient for radiological examination. Today, the most common radiological examinations are the MRI and/or CT scan. In many cases, MRI test detects bulging and/or herniation of discs. If symptoms are not alleviated in a period of a few weeks due to conservative methods of treatments (above mentioned oral or injected medication) consideration will be given to surgical intervention. The problem is that in many cases, this difficult neurological picture is not the result of the disc herniation, but is actually the result of piriformis muscle syndrome that being muscular<br />
treatment could be successfully treated by massage, post isometric techniques, cold and hot applications.  Reoccurrence of the painful symptoms must be prevented by special rehabilitative exercises.</p>

But remember, no single exercise is right for everybody. Every other video on youtube claims to have the best back pain exercise but some people&#8217;s spines are flexion intolerant or extension intolerant. That is why a thorough posture analysis is required to figure out the best exercises to implement. Also the root dysfunction causing the pain might be coming from the hips or shoulders or ankles. So be wary of anyone telling you what is the &#8220;best back pain exercise&#8221;.</p>

<br />When  you are losing  weight,  you should exercise and diet  together.<br />
If  you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite,  which<br />
will  lead  to  increase  of  weight, or muscle grow<br />
underneath  the  fat  layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without<br />
exercising,  you  will  become  flabby  and will have excess skin. For<br />
diet,  go  wheat  free.  No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food<br />
after  7  p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on<br />
your  initial  weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If<br />
you  don&#8217;t  eat  wheat then you don&#8217;t eat all those sticky, fatty goey<br />
cakes,  you  don&#8217;t eat junk food, and you don&#8217;t eat biscuits. But your<br />
diet  is  still  balanced.  It  costs  nothing, and you do not have to<br />
calculate  points  or  to  buy special meals or plans. For exercising,<br />
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the<br />
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a<br />
lot,  walk  first  or you may have health complications (heart attack,<br />
disjointed  bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target<br />
your problem areas for men and women. It&#8217;s not necessarily to become a<br />
bodybuilder or even join a gym &#8211; a couple of dumbbells will help you<br />
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).</p>

Spot exercising can increase muscle tone in an area, but not reduce the amount of fat.
