<p>Shrugs are always done wrong. Learn how to do barbell shrugs and dumbbell shrugs in this exercise video. </p>
<p>Guys want to lift more than they deserve.  If you can&#8217;t do your trapezius exercises during your trap workout while keeping your arms straight, weight is too heavy.</p>
<p>DO NOT roll your shoulders while doing trap exercises &#8211; or you&#8217;ll injury your neck.  </p>
<p>And lots of trap exercises or trap workouts is hardly necessary unless you want to be a HUGE bodybuilder. Your traps get enough work from shoulder and back and leg training.  </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t believe me &#8211; go look at an anatomy chart for traps and you&#8217;ll see how big the muscle group actually is.</p>

These bicep/deltoid exercises is enough to give you a good pump in just 3 minutes.  Take about a 20 seconds of break between each of these exercises.  Yes, I know when you get tired it&#8217;s hard to keep your legs straight especially by the end of the last exercise.  This is my personal favorite quick exercise because I like to take long breaks usually so I just push hard for short periods of time.</p>
