    A fantastic rowing exercise for the posterior deltoids would probably be the face pull. Sit on a cable row machine and attach the tricep pushdown rope. I would recommend doing an overhand grip at the base where the plastic ends are. Pull the rope ends past your face and make sure you’re pulling with your delts, not your biceps.

    You can quest for the face pull online and get some pictures and demonstration videos.
