    When you are working on your biceps you should use 20-30 pounds, easier weights (10-20) should be used for shoulders.

    Thanks for the response csengeri… BTW, it’s good to see that you are using light weights as I often see people using weights that are far too heavy to get the proper benefit from the exercise involved. =)
