    I spotted numerous mistakes with this guy’s technique & knowledge, for example, those are posterior deltoids not anterior. He also has barely any muscle. No offence intended.

    for a surpass contraction, do the lateral raises/front raises seperate ie. not together. you can handle more weight and concentrate more on each rep for each side rather than both together.
