    @fannofler he could possibly do shrugs on back days while doing this specific shoulder workout. Only a guess, I know some people stack it with either back or shoulders.

    @radio86 – Turn your wrists slightly outwards during this exercise and maintain that angle throughout the raise and lowering of the dumbbells. This must reduce the discomfort on your wrists and still convert the stimulation onto the anterior section of your deltoid.
