the way the weight …
the way the weight comes back down is the variation though ,
it comes down at an angle which stresses the anterior deltoid , whereas incline bench comes down straight to your chest which puts strain on the pectorals

personaly i always …
personaly i always stuck with the basics. dumbell-barbell raises, side laterals, rear laterals. I always do shrugs for traps on shoulder day to since my grip is fresh and blood is already in the area. You cant confuse a muscle they only know how hard they need to narrow. so the basics will take you till the end of your bodybuilding career.
