Whеn уου аrе losing weight, уου mυѕt exercise аnd diet together.
If уου exercise without dieting, уου wіll gеt better appetite, whісh
wіll lead tο boost οf weight, οr muscle grow
underneath thе ѕtουt layer, аnd mаkе уου bulkier. If уου diet without
exercising, уου wіll become flabby аnd wіll hаνе excess skin. Fοr
diet, gο wheat free. Nο pasta, pizza, bread аnd ѕο οn. And nο food
аftеr 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results wіth іt. Depending οn
уουr initial weight, уου саn drop upwards frοm 20 pounds a month. If
уου don’t eat wheat thеn уου don’t eat аll those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, уου don’t eat junk food, аnd уου don’t eat biscuits. Bυt уουr
diet іѕ still balanced. It expenditure nothing, аnd уου dο nοt hаνе tο
calculate points οr tο bυу unique meals οr diplomacy. Fοr exercising,
ѕtаrt wіth walking, аnd thеn switch tο running/jogging. Running іѕ thе
mοѕt efficient аnd calorie-burn exercise еνеr. If уου аrе overweight a
lot, walk first οr уου mау hаνе health complications (heart hit,
disjointed bones аnd ѕο οn). Weight lifting іѕ a ехсеllеnt means tο target
уουr problem areas fοr men аnd women. It’s nοt necessarily tο become a
bodybuilder οr even join a gym – a couple οf dumbbells wіll hеlр уου
tο target уουr problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Don’t just give up on the thought of eating healthy, the least you can do is try. Replace junks foods with fruits, and only eat when you’re hungry – if not, do something to distract yourself.

Go outside for a walk or jog, that way you can both get some exercise and stay away from your kitchen/food cabinet for a while, or you can join a gym.

    Hope this helps, excellent luck!

the reason you cant stop eating, even though you altered meds, is because you stretched out your stomach through the years eating more than you did when you were younger… so your stomach got used to this routine… so what it does in the end, is that if you eat too small, your stomach thinks "ok, she’s food deprived so we need to store as much as possible" so you cant just jump from eating 3 meals a day plus snacks to a one meal a day… so what you need to do is get you stomach used to eating less… everyday start eating a small less than the previous day until you get to a normal diet, once you are there stop eating after 7pm mainly heavy foods… have a salad for dinner and pasta and meat for dine and for breakfast cerial, or toast… for any snacks have yogurt or a fruit… but remember you are going to have to get your stomach used to the amount before you eat correctly… exercises always help go for a 40 min walk everyday.., when you losta few pounds you can start jogging, then later on running… that would be perfect but this is going to take time and patience… make yourself a schedual… that always help you track yourself… organization is the key! it makes it simpler to follow! anyways… excellent luck!!!! xx

I know how you feel, I lost 86lbs about 5 years ago. I use to weigh 250lbs. You must change the way you are thinking about how long it will take to lose the weight. It took me about 2 years to lose it all. You don’t want to go on a diet, you want to change your eating habits so that you will give yourself the gift of healthy eating for the rest of your life. Just reckon that this experience will help you gain knowledge and healthy habits for the rest of your life. You won’t have to worry about it for the next 50 or more years. So what is 1 year out of all those years. Start slowly, reckon about what is your worse habit, mine was junk food. I started by eating a healthy breakfast, protein, total grains and fruit. Thats all I concentrated on. Didn’t matter what I ate for the rest of the day. I really gained some more weight, but I didn’t care. I knew at the end that I would lose and feel fantastic. Read all you can about nutrition and eating healthy. When you are very comfortable with breakfast, go on to dine. Eat lean protein with every meal, total grains, like total wheat bread, brown rice, total wheat coucous, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Avoid sodas, even diet one, processed foods, frozen dinners. Reckon fresh and make your own meals. I cut up vegetables on Sunday and keep them in a plastic container for the week. When I get home at night, I just stir fry a few handfuls with some shrimp, scallops or chicken and add a half a cup of brown rice or total wheat coucous. I also suggest you visit this website……….www.radiantrecovery.com. This website helped me with my eating habits. I also bought the book The Sugar Addicts Total Recovery Curriculum by Kathleen DesMaison. Sugar is what is making you feel depressed. I feel like a really different person. I exercise everyday and feel surpass than I did in my 20′s. I am 50 years ancient and have more energy than my kids do. They are 27 and 26!! Start by exercising for 10 min a day and add 2 minutes every week. Thats how I started. I now workout with weights and run, do the stairmaster etc. Just reckon that a year from now, you will be a different person!!! Excellent Luck………

I was once in that same situation but did not have the frozen shoulder. A friend had a frozen shoulder treated with acupuncture so give that a try. You must try walking as that helped me to stop my weight gain. 30 minutes/day minimum to maintain your weight and up to 2 hours a day if you want to lose weight.

Do some weights also and get a list of foods you can eat from your doctor. Most of all do lots of reading and you will find your own workout routine and what works for you.

I also limited myself to one type of snack so as to wean myself from overeating and snacks.

Don’t worry how long it takes, just do it. The way I look at it, say you lose 15 pounds this year you will be 160, right? It may not be the 60 you wanted to lose but if you had not tried you may have been at 180.

I have been able to keep 30 of the pounds I had gained by your age off for 10 years now.

One third of your food must be salad. It fills the stomach and gives less calories of energy.
