I think if tendon is totally severed then don’t use this method get it done old fashioned way ( Knife open up GGRR better )
I have to get spurr taken away below my clavicula and have that done with the arthroscope The tear in the tendon will heal over time as it is not totally severed tendon it’s partially severed tendon So think about what type of operation is best for you , I understand no one likes scars , doctors are also humans things can go wrong , not their fault Maurice

I has this surgery 12 months ago and now have a frozen shoulder. Further surger has been suggested but I am reluctant if it not going to work. So far I am no better off from the first surgery.

it takes at least a year to heal, but it doesnt really heal 100%, your lucky if you get 80% back, I had surgery done twice on my shoulder, I am still trying to get at least 80% back… and it really sucks, you can’t really do anything to speed up the healing…

you cannot repair a complete tear the tendon dosent heal on its own. I had the surgery about 12 to 13 days ago. its painful but know it was my best chance to get back to normal as possible. I know now why I am in pain after watching that LOL
