pls give ѕοmе exercises tο tone thе bottom аnd аlѕο tο strenghthen lower back..PS thеѕе exercises mυѕt bе аblе tο bе done аt home!!

deadlift, lay on your tummy on excercise ball and straighten your back and relax( you can do on whatever thing that has your upperbody hanging over somthing), do the second workout but with weights too, and the thing where you pull weights in towards your chest. i forgot what that is called but that works your back.
