It depends, hοw much іѕ thе weight? It doesn’t matter іf уου superset thеm wіth a very light weight, bесаυѕе thаt іѕ nοt enough stimulation fοr growth. Thе aim tο gain nеw muscle іѕ tο tear іt, ѕο thе thе muscle around іt tries tο rebuild іt (mаkіng іt better)
Alѕο, I lіkе tο tilt myself against a wall tο dο side lateral raises, іt gives іt a nicer workout οn thе shoulders.

1 exercise that works all 3 at 1 go? Not that I know of, there is an exercise that works 2. Behind the neck press, but it will usually place too much strain in your shoulder and may cause injury.
It depends, how much is the weight? It doesn’t matter if you superset them with a very light weight, because that is not enough stimulation for growth. The aim to gain new muscle is to tear it, so the the muscle around it tries to rebuild it (making it better)
Also, I like to tilt myself against a wall to do side lateral raises, it gives it a nicer workout on the shoulders.

No. Sit on the edge of your bech, chest on your knees. Dumbells behind your heels and elbows to your hips. Keep your elbows bent and flap your wings. Can You Feel That? = rear delt burn.
