I have had a few stiff muscles in my lower back… right above my butt for a few months now since being in a car accident and nothing I seem do wants to help these muslces. Any one know any exercises that might help?
Try some yoga poses, great stretching for not only the lower back but for the whole body!

Be careful. Most lower back exercises can cause injury or aggravate a pre existing injury if they are done too quickly or in a jerking manner.
