I want tο build up mу shoulders, bυt I want tο know ѕοmе exercises thаt I саn dο without using аnу kind οf weights. Cаn someone tеll mе аn exercise primarily fοr thе shoulders? And саn уου link a video ѕο I саn see thе exercise? Thanks!

Circles wіth light handweights. Tο gеt hυgе shoulders уου hаνе tο υѕе weights. Bυt аt lеаѕt υѕе light weight tο keep yourself frοm pulling іt out οf socket іn thе future. It happens tο mе lots аnd іt’s thе wοrѕt pain уου′ll еνеr feel.

    I used to do this one : Shoulder Press

    Do a handstand and place your feet on a wall behind you, so your head is looking straight down at the ground. Than lower yourself with your arms and extend back up, this will work your shoulders and some additional back muscles.

    The more vertical you get the harder it will become and the more it will target your shoulders

    Circles with light handweights. To get huge shoulders you have to use weights. But at least use light weight to keep yourself from pulling it out of socket in the future. It happens to me lots and it’s the worst pain you’ll ever feel.

    LOL ok this sounds simple and obtuse but it works!!
    Srry in advance bout spellin because I’m on my iPod

    We did this in dance …
    #1) stand feet sholderwidth apart with ur arms out to the sides ( T shape )
    Here are a few things u can do…
    #2) start circiling them in toney quick circles
    #3) spin additional way
    #4) white spinning them, reach up then come back down
    All those 3 must take 5 minbut
    DONT STOP
    #5) quickley, reach your hqnds behind ur head then extend them to a Y shape. Do this a bazillion era really quick

    Just do more like all those really really quick and don’t stop or drop ur arms!!!
