Never hold your breath at full load of the exercise!!
Always exhale at full load of every exercise! Your blood pressure is spiking at every exertion when you hold your breath! Excellent way to get a stroke dude!

Also, one additional thing, holding your breath cuts the circulation of oxygen to your brain, which is the main reason why most people get lighted headed is because their not exhaling and inhaling. Breathing allows for oxygen to get to you brain and throughout your body which will help prevent dizziness. But dizziness can also be caused by additional things though, not just holding your breath.

Very helpful video. But remember to breath bro. Breathing is the key to when doing any type of workout. Never ever hold your breath. Breathing allows air to flow through your lungs and throughout the muscles that you are working out on. Just thought I’d add my 2 cents of advice…

This guy’s a real tool. This is not training for strength, this is prehab or rehab. Maybe not the farmerswalk but for that you must at least be able to use 300lbs in each hand if you’re a normally built male.
