		<description>I agree with the person that said to strengthen your abs.  Make sure you wear a good shoe, and watch your weight.  I notice my low back will hurt me after lifting something heavy, so watch that also.  I find that a little heat pad and rest helps my pain.  Better yet is an ice pack, but I prefer the heat because its more relaxing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>With hernitated discs, I would advise you to talk to your PCP first before starting any exercise program.  I don&#039;t think exercise will help your situation.  I have a degenerative disc in my lower back and my PCP recommended working on the Abs since strong abs help support the back.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
