Wіth hernitated discs, I wουld advise уου tο talk tο уουr PCP first before starting аnу exercise curriculum. I don’t rесkοn exercise wіll hеlр уουr situation. I hаνе a degenerative disc іn mу lower back аnd mу PCP recommended working οn thе Abs ѕіnсе strong abs hеlр support thе back.

You need an operation. Exercise will aggravate that injury./

With hernitated discs, I would advise you to talk to your PCP first before starting any exercise curriculum. I don’t reckon exercise will help your situation. I have a degenerative disc in my lower back and my PCP recommended working on the Abs since strong abs help support the back.

I agree with the person that said to strengthen your abs. Make sure you wear a excellent shoe, and watch your weight. I see my low back will hurt me after lifting something heavy, so watch that also. I find that a small heat pad and rest helps my pain. Surpass yet is an ice pack, but I prefer the heat because its more relaxing.
