Okay so its been about 3 weeks since I dislocated my shoulder and I’m going to start physical therapy to strengthen up my shoulder soon. Can anybody suggest any good exercises so that I can get a head start on my PT?

Don’t start anything without the advice of your PT. If PT were as simple as giving someone an exercise based on their diagnosis, PT wouldn’t need to exist. The actual exercise you get should be based on your individual assessment and history.
