You must NEVER …
You must NEVER raise the hands higher than shoulder level not even at shoulder level in this exercise. All these bodybuilding videos from expertvillage are ridiculous, incorrect and perilous. A bigwig shuld really slap these clowns in the video.

How much weight must you start out with? Those dumbbells didn’t look very heavy, maybe 7 lbs.
