I have to stand all day long at work. As a result, my lower back aches. What kind of exercises are good for relieving the lower back? Does standing all day at work get easier?
Eventually you will build a tolerance for standing all day but there are a few exercises you can do that should strengthen your lower back muscles and give you a better fighting chance!

Lots of yoga poses stretch the lower back…..sit on your knees, lower your head to the floor in front of you and put your arms down on the floor by your side or out in front of you. Also, sit on your knees, put one in front of you and stretch out your other leg behind you, then put your head on the floor in front of your bent knee. are just 2 of them.
