Lots of yoga poses stretch the lower back…..sit on your knees, lower your head to the floor in front of you and place your arms down on the floor by your side or out in front of you. Also, sit on your knees, place one in front of you and stretch out your additional leg behind you, then place your head on the floor in front of your bent knee. are just 2 of them.

Eventually you will build a tolerance for standing all day but there are a few exercises you can do that must strengthen your lower back muscles and give you a surpass fighting chance!
