ive been doing weights for more than a year now, my biceps are going well, ive held a bit back on my deltoids, but there is a gap in between the top of my bicep and my deltoid, what exercises should i do to ‘bridge the gap’. im guessing front raises ?

i think that "GAP" is supposed to be there i havent heard of any other muscle there bicep tricep and deltoids is all i know there maybe its part of your bicep or tricep def not a single muscle i would just do more curls pushups or pullups and try to bulk up more maybe that might fill that gap hope i helped goodluck building
