    @scondore shoulder press isn’t a fron delt movement. it’s a compound exercise meant to target the total delt. you are making it into a front delt movement.

    @Rotatez Yes, so you TARGET the side delts with lateral raises or wide grip upright rows etc… Trying to build your side delts with a front delt movement is pointless. Train each one seperately and each one will see optimal growth.
